Yes. Qayd offers a dedicated mobile app for merchants. An active subscription is required to activate and manage your merchant account.

No, Qayd service is completely free for individuals. There are no subscription or transaction fees.

You can browse all participating merchants and service providers through the “Establishments” section in  Qayd app for individuals.

No. Qayd app supports full debt repayment only. Installments are not currently supported.

Yes. Qayd app sends automated reminders and notifications to alert you when debts are due, helping you stay on track with your personal debt management.

The debt must be paid within 30 days from the date it was recorded in Qayd app
