Yes. Qayd offers a dedicated mobile app for merchants. An active subscription is required to activate and manage your merchant account.

Are there any fees or costs for using Qayd service?
No, Qayd service is completely free for individuals. There are no subscription or transaction fees.
How can I find out which stores offer Qayd service?
You can browse all participating merchants and service providers through the “Establishments” section in Qayd app for individuals.
Can I split the debt into installments?
No. Qayd app supports full debt repayment only. Installments are not currently supported.
Will I be notified of debts due for payment?
Yes. Qayd app sends automated reminders and notifications to alert you when debts are due, helping you stay on track with your personal debt management.
What is the deadline to pay the debt?
The debt must be paid within 30 days from the date it was recorded in Qayd app
Is my personal data stored securely in Qayd?
Yes, your personal data is processed and stored securely according to global security standards to ensure your privacy and the safety of your information.
