Qayd Platform is a product of Qayd Solutions for Communications and Information Technology (a Limited Liability Company) (the “Platform” or “Qayd”). We believe that protecting your personal data is important and want to inform you, as a user of Qayd, about how we collect, use, process, disclose, and protect your personal information, as well as the confidentiality and privacy measures applied on our Platform.
We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data and complying with personal data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. Therefore, we have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the privacy of Qayd users’ data and to clarify the types of personal data we collect when you use our services.
We strive for transparency in our data processing practices and aim to provide sufficient information to data subjects on how their data is handled when using our various channels and communication points.
We process your personal data in a lawful and appropriate manner, in compliance with applicable regulations and legislations, including the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia, issued under Royal Decree No. M/148 dated 05/09/1444H.

This includes, but is not limited to, details of the purchased goods or services, the date and time of the transaction, the amount paid, the payment method used (cash, credit card, or electronic payment Platforms), as well as the name and location of the store where the purchase was made.
Location Data: We may collect information about your location, such as the city/country associated with your IP address. Additionally, if you enable the location-sharing feature with the Qayd app, we may collect your mobile device’s location data. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to control the activation or deactivation of location services for any app through the device settings.
Device Data: We collect information about your computer or mobile device, including operating system type and version, manufacturer, browser type, screen resolution, device identifiers, IP address, and general location data such as city, country, or geographical region.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: Like many other websites, cookies are sent to your device to help us understand your interaction and usage of Qayd’s services. This allows us to measure user performance and improve the Platform’s services.
Communications: When you contact or communicate with customer service via phone, email, or any other official communication channels provided on the Platform, we collect information related to the communication, along with any additional details you provide to us.

- Website and application hosting providers for content, Platform, and data storage, as well as cloud computing service providers for cloud storage services.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, including courts, government or tax agencies, law enforcement authorities, legal professionals, and any relevant third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
In all cases, we will disclose your personal data when you provide us with consent or when required or permitted by law, regulations, or official requests. We are committed to not transferring your personal data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, except in cases allowed by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. We will take all necessary technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data in accordance with Saudi regulations.

- We make every effort to take all preventive measures and apply all technical, physical, and organizational procedures to protect your information from unauthorized access during the transmission or storage of any of your personal data. However, there is no 100% secure method for transmitting, storing, or protecting information, and we cannot guarantee the security of the internet due to potential breaches in security systems.
- We use commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our sites, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of the information we retain. For registered users on the Platform, you can view and edit some of your information through your password-protected account. We advise you not to disclose your password to anyone. Our employees will never ask you for your password in a phone call or email. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your login information (such as your username and password) on this shared computer and remember to log out of your account and close the browser window when you’re done with your session.

We are committed to taking all necessary actions in the event of a suspected personal data breach. We will immediately notify you and the relevant authorities, as well as any regulatory body, in case of any breach of your personal data.

Right to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with legal requirements.
Right to File a Complaint: You have the right to file a complaint if you are unable to exercise the rights granted under the Personal Data Protection Law, if there has been a violation of your privacy, or if your personal data has been compromised, or if you observe any actions that contradict the provisions of the law.
You can access, review, correct, update, and edit the data you have previously provided to us at any time by logging into your account, reviewing your account settings, and updating your profile. You can also access your information, request corrections, or request its deletion by contacting us via contact us page. We will make every effort to process your request within 30 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to extend this period if additional, unexpected, or unusual effort is required, for no more than an additional 30 days, after informing you of such an extension. We may also need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Withdrawal of Consent
After giving your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of the processing that occurred based on the consent before it was withdrawn. We monitor and record phone calls, including customer service calls and calls with our representatives, as well as electronic communications such as emails and instant messages between you and our team, to ensure quality, training, compliance, and fraud prevention. You will be notified when any call is recorded, and these recordings will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
The platform reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will notify you of any updates or changes to this policy by posting the new Privacy Policy or through other appropriate means.
